About My Practice
As a BABCP-accredited psychotherapist with over a decade of experience, I specialise in helping individuals overcome depression, anxiety disorders and complex post-traumatic stress disorder. My approach is holistic, integrating evidence-based techniques from cognitive-behavioural therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, narrative therapy, and compassion-focused therapy.
