Helping Build Resilient Minds
Helping Build Resilient Minds
I’m a South London-based, BABCP-accredited psychotherapist with over a decade of experience in both NHS and private settings. I specialise in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma — including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and complex PTSD (CPTSD).
You can see me in-person or online and you don’t need a formal diagnosis to seek therapy. Many of the people I work with come feeling overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally drained, or battling painful and shifting emotions. You might be struggling with constant worry, intrusive thoughts, low mood, or a sense that something just isn’t right. Therapy offers a safe, compassionate space to make sense of these experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and move forward in a meaningful way.

Therapy with me is collaborative and grounded in compassion. We’ll explore how your experiences, beliefs, and values shape the way you relate to yourself and the world. Together, we’ll develop practical tools, create space for reflection, and move toward emotional integration and growth. I warmly welcome clients from all backgrounds, identities, and life experiences — including those who are neurodivergent and LGBTQ+. My practice is guided by psychological safety, sensitivity, and deep respect for your story.
Free Consultation Call
I offer a free 30-minute consultation call to help you explore whether therapy with me feels like the right fit. There’s no pressure or commitment — it’s simply an opportunity for you to ask questions, share what’s on your mind, and get a sense of how we might work together.
I offer both in-person and online sessions, providing flexibility to suit your needs and preferences.

We will work together at your pace, helping you to process painful memories, strengthen emotional regulation, and rebuild a sense of safety, resilience, and self-compassion.

Depression can leave you feeling low, disconnected, hopeless, or unable to engage with the things that once mattered. Whether these feelings have been present for a long time or are more recent, I provide a calm, compassionate space where we can work together to understand the roots of your difficulties and develop practical, empowering strategies for change.
Our work will not only focus on easing symptoms but also on helping you reconnect with meaning, purpose, and the values that matter most to you, supporting a richer and more fulfilling life.
If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or isolated, you do not have to face it alone , I am here to support you.
I work with people who feel overwhelmed by the intensity of their emotions—whether those feelings seem too big, too heavy, too changeable, or simply too hard to manage on their own. For some, emotions can come in waves. For others, they feel stuck—lingering in the background or taking over at unexpected moments.

I work with people who feel overwhelmed by the intensity of their emotions—whether those feelings seem too big, too heavy, too changeable, or simply too hard to manage on their own. For some, emotions can come in waves. For others, they feel stuck—lingering in the background or taking over at unexpected moments.
These struggles often stem from many different sources: invalidating early experiences, bullying, ongoing stress, high internal standards, setbacks, sensitivity, or sometimes no clear reason at all. Feelings like shame, guilt, embarrassment, fear, and self-criticism often follow. Over time, these patterns can erode self-worth and leave you feeling confused, burnt out, or disconnected from yourself.
You don’t have to figure this out alone. Therapy offers a safe, non-judgemental space to understand what’s going on, find words for what you’re feeling, and begin responding in ways that honour both your emotional experience and your deeper values.
