I understand how hard it can be to reach out when you're feeling low or Anxious. That’s why I approach therapy with warmth, non-judgement, and flexibility. You don’t have to present a clear reason or a polished version of yourself—just bring whatever you’re holding, and we’ll work with it together.

I’m a South London-based, BABCP-accredited psychotherapist with over a decade of experience in both NHS and private settings. I specialise in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma — including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and complex PTSD (CPTSD).

You can see me in-person or online and you don’t need a formal diagnosis to seek therapy. Many of the people I work with come feeling overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally drained, or battling painful and shifting emotions. You might be struggling with constant worry, intrusive thoughts, low mood, or a sense that something just isn’t right. Therapy offers a safe, compassionate space to make sense of these experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and move forward in a meaningful way.

I often work with people experiencing:

  • Generalised anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, health anxiety, and social anxiety

  • Depression, burnout, and persistent low self-worth

  • Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and complex PTSD (CPTSD)

My Approach

I work integratively, drawing from a range of evidence-based therapies, including:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT)

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT)

  • Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT)

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

  • Narrative Therapy

Therapy with me is collaborative and grounded in compassion. We’ll explore how your experiences, beliefs, and values shape the way you relate to yourself and the world. Together, we’ll develop practical tools, create space for reflection, and move toward emotional integration and growth. I warmly welcome clients from all backgrounds, identities, and life experiences — including those who are neurodivergent and LGBTQ+. My practice is guided by psychological safety, sensitivity, and deep respect for your story.

Free Consultation Call

I offer a free 30-minute consultation call to help you explore whether therapy with me feels like the right fit. There’s no pressure or commitment — it’s simply an opportunity for you to ask questions, share what’s on your mind, and get a sense of how we might work together.

I offer specialist support for a wide range of anxiety difficulties, including generalised anxiety disorder (GAD), social anxiety, health anxiety, panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and specific phobias. My approach draws on evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed principles.

Anxiety can affect your thoughts, emotions, body, and behaviour, often leaving you feeling overwhelmed, restricted, or disconnected from the life you want to live. Whether anxiety has been a long-term struggle or a more recent experience, I provide a calm, supportive space where we can work together to understand the patterns that keep anxiety going and develop effective strategies for change.

Our work will focus on reducing distress, building emotional resilience, reconnecting with your values, and regaining a sense of confidence and control.

If anxiety is interfering with your wellbeing, I would be glad to support you in finding a way forward.

I work with people who feel overwhelmed by the intensity of their emotions—whether those feelings seem too big, too heavy, too changeable, or simply too hard to manage on their own. I work with people who feel overwhelmed by the intensity of their emotions—whether those feelings seem too big, too heavy, too changeable, or simply too hard to manage on their own. For some, emotions can come in waves. For others, they feel stuck—lingering in the background or taking over at unexpected moments.

These struggles often stem from many different sources: invalidating early experiences, bullying, ongoing stress, high internal standards, setbacks, sensitivity, or sometimes no clear reason at all. Feelings like shame, guilt, embarrassment, fear, and self-criticism often follow. Over time, these patterns can erode self-worth and leave you feeling confused, burnt out, or disconnected from yourself.

You don’t have to figure this out alone. Therapy offers a safe, non-judgemental space to understand what’s going on, find words for what you’re feeling, and begin responding in ways that honour both your emotional experience and your deeper values.

We’ll work together at your pace to:

  • Make sense of emotional triggers and patterns

  • Build skills to manage intense or fluctuating emotions

  • Soften self-criticism and strengthen self-worth

  • Reconnect with your values, boundaries, and sense of agency

I draw on a range of evidence-based therapies to support this work, including:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT)

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

If you're tired of feeling stuck in emotional loops, weighed down by guilt or shame, or unsure how to shift the way you relate to yourself—please know you're not alone. Therapy can help you move towards clarity, connection, and a life guided by intention rather than overwhelm.

Feel welcome to reach out if you’d like to explore whether working together feels right for you.
