As a BABCP-accredited psychotherapist with over a decade of experience, I specialise in helping individuals overcome depression, anxiety disorders, and complex post-traumatic stress disorder (C-PTSD). My approach is holistic and integrative, drawing on evidence-based models including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT), narrative therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and compassion-focused therapy (CFT).
Each session is tailored to provide a supportive, collaborative space where we can explore challenges, develop coping strategies, and work towards meaningful change. I have supported clients from a wide range of backgrounds, including those with chronic health conditions and neurodivergence, which enables me to adapt my approach with sensitivity and care. My work is trauma-informed, culturally aware, and collaborative. Therapy is always something we do together.
Mental health challenges can deeply affect various aspects of life, from relationships and self-esteem to motivation and personal growth, often leaving us feeling stuck or overwhelmed. In our sessions, I aim to create a safe and encouraging environment where you can gain clarity, confidence, and the tools to move forward.
My goal is to help you better understand the difficulties you are experiencing, address the underlying patterns that keep them going, and support you in leading a more connected and fulfilling life.
If you are considering therapy, I offer a free 30-minute consultation where we can talk about your needs and explore whether working together feels like the right fit. It’s an opportunity to ask questions, reflect on what you are looking for, and make informed decisions about your next steps. There is no pressure, just a conversation.
I offer both in-person and online sessions, providing flexibility to suit your needs and preferences.
