Get in touch

I understand how hard it can be to reach out when you're feeling low or Anxious. That’s why I approach therapy with warmth, non-judgement, and flexibility. You don’t have to present a clear reason or a polished version of yourself—just bring whatever you’re holding, and we’ll work with it together.

I’m a London-based, BABCP-accredited psychotherapist with over a decade of experience in both NHS and private mental health settings. I specialise in working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety disorders, and complex post-traumatic stress disorder (CPTSD). My work is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and deep respect for the courage it takes to seek help.

I have a strong interest in understanding your personal story, how your experiences, beliefs, and values shape who you are and how you see the world. Therapy, as I see it, is not only about developing tools to cope, but also about creating space for meaningful reflection, integration, and growth. My approach is holistic and integrative, drawing on a range of evidence-based therapies my training and experience enable me to offer, including:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT)
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT)
  • Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT)
  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
  • Narrative Therapy

We know mental health difficulties can affect every part of life—relationships, self-confidence, physical wellbeing, and motivation—often leaving us feeling stuck, ashamed, or exhausted. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and genuinely supported. Therapy is a collaborative process, adapted to your needs and pace. Together, we can explore what’s holding you back, develop practical strategies, and work towards lasting, meaningful change. I have extensive experience supporting people from a wide range of backgrounds, including those navigating:

  • Chronic health conditions
  • Neurodivergence (including ADHD and autism)
  • Identity-related distress
  • Trauma and relational wounding

My approach is always informed by sensitivity, flexibility, and a strong commitment to psychological safety. If you're considering therapy, I offer a free 30-minute consultation where we can talk about what you're experiencing and explore whether working together feels like the right fit. There’s no pressure—just space to ask questions, reflect on your options, and make an informed choice.

You’re welcome to use this time in the way that best serves you—whether that’s receiving brief advice, psychoeducation, or discussing other therapy and treatment options.
